cancellation policy:
For any cancellation request received more than 15 days before the arrival date, we retain a 15 Euros handling fee.
For cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
For cancellation after 72 hours before your arrival, the hotel will take the total amount of the stay
